I am one of your Top Supporter on Air Cond ( All my 4 units is Panasonic) and other appliance.
However, Please maintain your quality. Do not cost down for no Reason and Resulting Painful Experience to your customer like me.
Your CEO Never Cost down His Salary Every Year
Panasonic Team Never Buy Smaller or Cheaper Car Every time they buy a Car.
Life is about Improving the Quality of Life and Happy + Healthy Life
You need to offer the Best Experience. Not just Selling
It is the Experience of Using your Product which matter.
I use Panasonic Aircond for the Quietness, Ease of Servicing and Long Lasting Product.
I did not buy Aircond because it is Cheap
Your Filter( Blue color) become Brittle after some time. Possible 3 years time.
My Old Panasonic Aircond, 11 years old filter is still performing.
You have to be responsible on your Product Development.
When your sales is down, think of what I wrote. It will Benefit you for a sustainable Business.
