 I wandered around and saw this newly built building by accident. After searching DE Cendana, I saw a Forum writing Rumah Selangorku for RM100000 in 2018. I think it's worth it, so the price should start now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 rmh 1 sticker sgt tak akal ! Mcm mana family stay ramai tapi 1 saja kereta bole masuk ? Sgt menyusahkan! Org sewa rmh , bila pindah penyewa kena pulang balik sticker dkt owner rmh ? Giler! Parking luar pun sediakan 3 je . Yang lain kena park tepi jalan , kalau apa2 jadi dkt kereta management bukan tanggungjawab pun!
1 rmh 1 sticker sgt tak akal! Mcm where is the family stay crowded but only 1 car can enter? Sgt troublesome! Org rent a house, when the tenant moves, do you have to return the sticker to the owner of the house? Crazy! Outdoor parking also provides 3 je. The others have to park by the road, if anything happens to the management car is not even a responsibility!
