★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lived there from 2020 to 2021. Its very noisy especially from shop lots.
They open until midnight. If you are a UTM student looking for quiet place to study, i suggest to avoid at all cost. Blok C Rubbish Bin has been regularly visited by scavengers at all time and made a lot of noise even at 4am.
There are big trucks park at the front road and turn on their engines all the time and you will hear it even your windows are shut.
The flat doesn't have functional management at all. I have no idea who is the flat committee is throughout my stay.
