โ โ โ โ โ Terlalu ramai Penghuni Hantu tak perlu beli rumah hanya jadikan rumah kosong yang ada sebagai rumah sendiri, curi air (tak pakai meter), curi tenaga elekrik (sambung wayar dari koridor), tak perlu bayar Yuran Penyelenggaraan, Peti Surat (Pigeon Hole) pecah, Kereta di Parkir dijadikan tempat bermain (bonet kereta dijadikan gelongsor) memang menyesal beli rumah kat kawasan perpindahan estate ni, Sime UEP takut nak ambik tindakan, tau nak duit je. Pembeli yang sah menjadi mangsa.
