โ โ โ โ โ Great customer service and nice staff here. At first, the drink I ordered was too sweet for me so staff insisted they make a new one. They even make a small sample for me to taste weather i like them or not.

โ โ โ โ โ Hospitable staff in recommending drinks and making sure we ordered what we like, to the extent get to try one small sip first before ordering, never get such service at any other boba cafes or even different Panntea branch. Bravo! Major love for the brown sugar milk tea, the best ever. (I came from KL and finds this brand & this particular branch's drink the best, EVER) Prefers this branch over the premium lounge anytime.
Add on: Please open earlier at 11am like other branches do, got no choice when I need to order early :(

โ โ โ โ โ First time I'm buying Panntea. It's delicious. The staff serving me is friendly. People can buy the drink and sit here while chit-chatting as many seats are available. The environment is great for relax and have some tea time. The price is average for milk-tea.

โ โ โ โ โ Simple setting, but offers great milk tea choices. Had the Matcha Creme Bruele and it was surprisingly so good. Top notch. The Rose red milk tea (can't remember the exact name) was quite good too, the pearls were smaller than other milk tea shops but that was quite fine with us.
