The best beach will still be in Penang Island. It's good for photography or to catch sunsets.
Plenty of parking spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a lot of restaurants and food stalls here with a lot of choices from local cuisine to western food. Not too crowded. The locals prefer to come here in the evening for dinner. A good fishing spot and photo shoot too because from here you can see Komtar building quite clearly. During new year count down, this place is over crowded with people who want to witness the spectacular fireworks.
