β β β β β Is a pretty nice medium size hospital, with good numbers of doctors and specialist, facilities looks OK, but maybe not comparable to larger hospitals like Prince Cxxxxs.
Specialist that we visited is professional, knowledgeable.
Location is quite convenient.

β β β β β Not professional. After a complete medical check-up, the doctor claimed I had a disease. Despite wasting my money on consultation and two blood tests, the doctor still suggested further evaluation.
I began to suspect something was not right. So, I had my blood tested at three private blood laboratories and a government hospital. All of them reported negative results.
I then complained to this hospital. Unfortunately, they provided senseless excuses and no objective reasons for worrying me.
A few years ago, I had an issue with my spine in another instance. Their Chinese orthopaedic doctor provided a cooling gel and pain killer that had no effect, so he suggested surgery. The pain remains and gets worse before the surgery.
I searched on Google for a remedy, and it suggested using a support belt. My spinal discomfort was relieved within one hour, and I was back to normal. I save my money on the surgery. The support belt that I purchase heal my spine, and it is affordable at the cost of less than RM80 :)
Why did the Chinese orthopaedic doctor not suggest a simple support belt solution before going straight for the surgical option? Is this hospital greed? You judge for yourself. I will lodge a report with KKM soon, and I certainly wonβt use their services again. My advice to the public is that youβre better off seeking a government hospital than a private one because all they want is your $MONEY.

β β β β β It may seem like I have been visiting a lot hospitals lately and in truth, that's exactly how it is when your loved one has a terminal illness. Still, that hasn't stopped me from taking pictures to document my visits and also to share with the public. I have been coming here for years and although the consultation rates can be pricey, the service from everyone here has been really good and I have a few favourite doctors here as well.

β β β β β Our son received his 2nd dose covid vaccination here. We have truly enjoyed the whole process and experience, it was smooth and easy. Every staff is friendly and they gave their best to make sure my child is happy too. Thank you Pantai Hosp Ampang!

β β β β β Love the hospitality from the time i arrived at the hospital until i have received my booster shot. The staff are all well trained and professional. The process is very smooth and the facilities is awesome! Thumbs up to Pantai Hospital Ampang! You really held up to your commitments!

The moment you arrived at the entrance, there were 2 staffs attended to you promptly. ??
Registered with IC > Nurse and doctor will attend to you > Nurse will send you to the specialist (if needed) > Doctor/Specialist, nurses attend to you > wait for your bill and medicine
Price: Specialist consultation RM 200 + 117 medicine + 10 outpatient services) οΌ RM135 Emergency clinic charge
Service: Friendly, good nursing service, good doctor services

β β β β β A huge thank you to the wonderful nurses and staff for their excellent care and the excellent services provided by the hospital. My three-day stay and recovery on the single ward were nothing short of miraculous. The room was spacious and included a living area and a pantry. The toilet is spotless and well-maintained. The menu is adequate, and the food is excellent for a hospital. Food presentation and service are also excellent.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr Sivaprakasam! Dr Siva is truly an exceptional physician, and I cannot express my gratitude enough. He is an incredible source of knowledge and compassion. Without hesitation, I would strongly recommend him to any family member or friend. He was extremely kind to me and patient in answering all of my questions.
