★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every staff is very helpful, I am staying in ward B , very cleaned just recommend to have a few hangers for clothes. The food variety is good, have vegetarian options for my mom. I’m very grateful.

The doctor's also very nice,staff very pleasant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and prompt response by doctors and nurses when my mother was rushed to the emergency. Doctor Khairul Faizi Mohammad attended to my mother's case for her issue and handled it very Carefully. Detailed explanation and actions were taken very swiftly. Nurses at ward 2B was very helpful and very well attention was given to my mother. Thank you doctor and nurses for your all your help and care.. kudos ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here for A&E, was asked to wait at outside being no patients inside the waiting area. Can see the customer service keep looking at the registration counter but seems like the 2 ladies (an Indian and a Malay) at the registration counter did not bother to do our registration.
Went in again to check after few patients walked-in then only the customer service instruct to do registration. At the counter, the 2 ladies ask to wait again and they gave priority to the patient came after me. Were standing there to wait for my registration, feedback the counter lady gave is there are 4 to 5 patients now (including those come later) and might takes few hours for waiting, ask if I can wait? Goodness me, they should have advice earlier instead of giving cold shoulder to the patient who needed help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their services are first class and from the staffs, caretakers , nurses and doctors , they are truly passionate about their roles in the hospital. You need to be proactive to ask questions and constantly follow up so they can help you better. Keep up the good job! My special thanks to Dr Chew Nee Kong and Dr How Siew Yap for their expertise and dedication to take care of patient's needs.
Thumbs up to the caretakers who clean the rooms and toilets , make sure thermos and waters are change everyday, food are served on time too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mean if you are looking a hospital with a great service then you can go here. Yesterday, I came here for the first time to treat my earache.
The staffs and nurses are so friendly and super helpful, especially the indian woman that in charge for registration at level 3☺️
