★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room condition is very good, staff were helpful and friendly. Shops and amenities just downstairs. The downsides are finding the car parking since the hotel doesn't provide it...especially during the evening, and the internet speeds were near to zero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room are nice, BUT the staff ( NURUL ) are terrible in PR ..if you don't have security deposit RM50, then they will NOT TOLERATE with you .. they will ask you to find RM50 by any chance! i already full paid via Agoda .. just because of security deposit RM50 they keep pushing you saying NO to check in! this is not 1st time checking in ! im a Platinum VIP member of hilton and AGODA Platinum member.. lost count on how many times i checked in ..but this is the worst!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cozy and beautiful. Didn't expect to have that kind of place in the middle of the hectic spot. The room is sound proof, clean, strategicly located, and everything else you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. The receptionist is very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is comfortable but quite expensive despite the small room. Maybe because it's near the city and surrounded by shops. Location of the hotel is nice, easy to find but lack of parking spots near the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is okay , management is nice and friendly, the room and bathroom are clean, got restaurant, 7 eleven, watsons, and everything is so close that you can walk by foot. It just, noisy. The slammed doors and footsteps, and even someone knocking at my door too. I wonder who is that, either it's a guest or staff. It just, a bit uncomfy as i keep waking up due to the loud noise. Overall, okay. Thank you
