★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely astonishing! I love it very much, though there were some complications with the meal but thats because my handwriting was a bit rusty. Sorry about that!
The staff is nice and cooperative, its very nice. The music they played is so soothing it complements the atmosphere of the restaurant, good job!
Sorry that I couldn't provide more clear photos, but its safe to say that I enjoyed my time here :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waitresses are not professional, screaming, laughing, talking all the time and WITHOUT masks!
Atittude towards customer was bad. The waitress accidentally spilled soup on one of us and did not apologize or acknowledge.
Food is tasteless.
I hope the service can improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting here was easy because the shop was next to bank rakyat, the ambient is very nice sort of like high class dinner place. You can have breakfast lunch and dinner here they have all those menu. While eating you can see the view of Putrajaya lakeside, it's very beautiful usually during night time with all the Putrajaya lights. The staff is very friendly kudos to the management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good as what you can expect from PappaRich, but the service really needs to be improved! Air conditioning not working, waitress has trouble understanding order, food arrives late despite small number of customer. Get it together! Despite all this the interior is nice and the view is lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for dinner time and were amazed that they were out of stock on so many items we were interested in. They were also out of Mutton curry. For the mutton rice combo also got limited mutton curry and mostly were bones. The white coffee was disappointing. Nasi Lemak with chicken curry & float drink was decent. Fish and chips was okayish. Female staff weren't polite while taking orders and serving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor services, the moment i reach, none of them saw me, i'm like invisible. i walk in and sit down, then take my order, trying to reach staff but they all just walk by, not even look at my waiving hand, not once, not twice, but 3 times! when i finally get eye contact with one of the female staff, she ignored me. looks like PappaRich have lots of well trained staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services used to be very good, but lately they have been lacking. Food still OK. The view, if you're seated far inside the restaurant, is still amazing. It's facing Lake Putrajaya.
