★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 order of iced coffee required 20 minutes to be served. I wonder if they will make you wait an hour for food? The service is too slow to be at an airport. You will be better served and you will save more time going to McDonalds instead.

The usual Paparich menu.
However, prices are almost 50% higher than Paparich elsewhere. You pay premium prices here at Klia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was initially hesitant of trying due to the bad reviews, but upon trying, the food was delicious and the staff were all very friendly. Service was slightly slow, but it was also quite busy. Overall, good restaurant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly renovated and revamped PappaRich. Takes the Malaysian dining to the next level. It’s super comfortable there, lighting is just right, service is great even though it’s the largest food place in the area. The food is slightly more dearer than the outside stores, however, this is expected of airport food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambient with comfortable environment. Unfortunately, services was disappointed. Messed up my order in my first visit and this morning, I ordered Cham, gave me tea. After complained, I saw they just pour in some coffee in the tea. Obviously, they have no idea what a Cham mean and sorry to see Pappa spirit no longer in the foods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional Malay style cafe , you have have tea , koppi and Malay dishes , price is much more expensive compare with local cafe or even “old town coffee” service is soso but seat is comfortable
