โ โ โ โ โ Last week 16/8/19 night we were shopping on this shop and bought multiple presents/souvenirs for our family and friends. While paying we asked for extra carton bags to accomodate the presents. The lady who was assisting us denied to give any bugs saying "Sorry no more bags" and at the same time she stuffed all 7-8 presents we bought in a single carton bag.
The items were not fitted on that bag and were exceeding out. I politely asked to give us one more while outside was heavily raining and items were in danger to get wet.
The answer was again in a rude way "Sorry no bags".
I insisted saying that is raining and the items will get wet.
The answer was again in a more rude way "Sorry no bags".
Certainly if we had not paid in first hand we will be leaving the place and everything behind.
Management should inform ,if this is a shop policy or it was the cashier's decision?
In any case this lady is not a professional to deal with customers.
By the way on our trip, we loved the Malaysian people which are polite,willing to help you out,smilling and honest. She was just the exception.
Of course we never went back to this shop again!

โ โ โ โ โ I love all of their items especially their eagle fridge magnets and ceramic coaters. Price is affordable, designs are good and the quality good. They packed all the stuff we bought in individul pouch and put them in a paper bag. Asked for extra paper bag and the staff response well towards our request. Alhamdulillah, a great experience shopping here. Do visit their socials as per picture below hehe
