โ โ โ โ โ Item sent using express freight. Paid additional postage to expedite delivery to Singapore. After two days of tracking, parcel MIA in KL. Went to enquire what happened and they could not give answer. They asked to provide photo inside details of said parcel(sneakers). No response til one month later and tracking resumed first week Dec for one day in KL warehouse. Subsequent day no more tracking and parcel disappeared. They ask to raise claim for it. Bloody ridiculous service! Will not recommend to use this company.

โ โ โ โ โ Same as usual, I can drop off my parcels here to send in local. And If I'm not home, I can also ask the staff there to collect the parcels from Lazada, Shopee, or any other websites that products purchasing, leave it here, I can pick them up after I have time to be there, of course you will need a small fee for them as well. Thanks a lot, good location.
