★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The touch and go entry and exit points malfunction most of the time. The parking lots are filled with car lubricants thus making them very slippery. I slipped and fell at the car park. Being a senior citizen I was lucky didn't end up with broken bones!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ample parking space for those whose travelling via MRT & KTM komuter. Way-finding signages are clear, complete with parking bays light indicator. Speed ramp design is also quite a convenient to drive up multiple floors. Maintenance-wise need to be improved; broken lights not replaced & very dirty floors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location and ample parking space. Touch n Go no issue during entry. but location of scanner at Level 3 exit should be improved. It is unclear why the card scanner is placed few feet outside the building, hence when it rains heavily, significant water will go into the car. Suggest to relocate the scanner just before passing building border. Really hope the management will seriously consider this.

- multiple floors of parking spaces
- fair amount of signages
- near to the MRT/KTM Station (with rain shades)
Bad:
- got some oil (probably due to car's engine oil leaked) on the car parking spaces
- quite dark, need to improve lighting
- rarely see any securities patrolling the parking space.
- Bloody expensive even for MRT/KTM riders (so much for park-and-ride huh)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ample parking space but the reason could be because the mrt here currently closed. If u park here, need to take free feeder bus to the Kwasa Sentral to take the MRT.
