โ โ โ โ โ Ample parking space available, just need to be extra careful traveling in the car park as accident happened at the ramp. Especially going up and going down the slope. Max charge per day RM 10.

โ โ โ โ โ It is absurd that you are not taking care of your staffs and you have allocated parking at the highest floor just for your staff. Why not allocate parking spaces somewhere at the bottom? Saving lives isnt as important as getting treatment these days?

โ โ โ โ โ shuttle services are very bad!! few times waited at designated area, from half an hour to almost an hour, and driver never stop. even when waving at em, they pretend not to see/notice. some were even on mobile while driving. even police officer there shake head!! bcause of this, thrice, i had to drive out the car from parking lot facing maternity wad, and drove to the new building parking lot area myself. luckily, managed to get parking space, and lucky, was on time for the appointment. shuttle service should be available every 20mins, not 30mins/45mins or nearing an hour. those are not interested/serious with their job as shuttle driver, they should vacate, or should be terminated instantly...
yesterday, 28/05/21, again i was waiting for shuttle service. it was more than 30 mins. there was oso a lady waiting, and she was wondering, where is the shuttle van. since waited to long, i drove out from the parking lot again. when reaching the entrance, saw the shuttle van station there waiting. am wondering, when will the driver make the move?? are they tryin to waste their working hr time?? it is ridiculous to wait more than 30mins for em, when the distance is super short!! HKL management should do something with their shuttle services.

โ โ โ โ โ A bit far to walk to some wards but you don't have to go round and round looking for a parking bay. The colourful builing is attractive and lend some cheer to the otherwise gloomy image of a hospital. You can't miss it outside the hospital compound on Jalan Tun Razak.

โ โ โ โ โ Lift nearest to radiotherapy clinic is not working. Very hard for people who have to use wheelchair or baby stroller.

โ โ โ โ โ The Parking of HKL is very messy, the parking is not proper drawdawn and space for OKU is not draw properly on the floor for OKU and mislead clamping for other public. Avoid parking here and the management team is harsh.
