★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monthly car park tenant who was clamped when they changed the parking configuration to reserved without notice/email or signage.
At least place signs to inform, cones to block otherwise legal carparks prior to January 1st.
Very dissappointed and upset that they ask me to pay RM106 to remove the clamp.

Every call you have to be nice and still get screamed at. First month already pissing so many people off. I will petition to get rid of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I symphatise with this company's founder (Michael C Duff) having a group of staff sitting in Bangsar providing poor service and human interaction. Double standard service and information wrongly given and consumers being penalised for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Power outage in Zenith couldnt validate ticket at guardhouse. Your staff in Zenith Corp park office is rude and not helpful. Called intercom on machine they said to drive to exit and use intercom there to exit as we couldn't validate for Zenith Residence visitors. The intercom at the exit didnt ring at all at both exit. So in the end we had to pay anyway coz there was a long queue behind us. This is not the first time it happened. Leave parking mgmt biz if you're not interested save us some pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your parking attendant at Republik, Damansara Heights by the name of 'Danesh' should not even be allowed to have a job even as a parking attendant. Arrogant, uncivilised and verbally abusive. If this is the type of employees representing your company, I am not at all surprised with all the low ratings your company is receiving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, poor and incompetent management with an unstable parking system to begin with. Charging exorbitant parking rates that does not at all commensurate with their management service and upkeep.
Staff members we dealt with were xtremely irresponsible (no follow up on matters that they say they would act on) and rude (raise voice to customer).
Judging from the earlier reviews by others, I honestly can't understand why anyone would want to appoint them as parking service providers.
Hope this is a wake up call to not just step up in their game, but find ways to built back the trust and confidence they had just lost among the community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the name of the company suggest, these people are incapable of handling a "professional" parking company as they cant even spell things right. I am an unfortunate user at one of its site at MHS2 KL, our management decided for whatever reasons to switch to these clowns to manage the car parks over a far superior.operator we are provided with constant a boom gate / card failure with zero customer service or support. and a website manage and run by old senile monkeys. If you are a building manager and looking are looking for constant challenges, headache , despair and generally has no life or expectations. Than Park rite is the right choice for you ! for years they never fail to disappoint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkrite is a bunch of scammers, I called and enquired about the unreasonable charges on my account and was asked to email them on the same day. After days failing to reply my email for further assistance , they terminated my account and forfeited my deposits. Called them again to clarify yet they have the urge to claim that everything is running by their system and nothing can be done by them. blamed that the mail I sent has went into junk mail and blamed me again for not reminding them that I have sent an email. For future customers/building management reading this, kindly reconsider choosing parkrite.
