The location is quiet, clean and low density. Although it has been an apartment for more than ten years, the public construction is well maintained!

β β β β β Went to Parkview today on Sunday to view the house. Make appointment with the seller and went to register at the guard house. The Nepalese guard shouted and scream at me like a dog. He said " Hari ni Sunday mana boleh tengok rumah?! Go! Pi!
Hello the owner wants to show me the house and I was following sop by registering myself at the guard house. No wonder some Nepalese guard got beaten by local. So furious and I'm still very very furious now.

β β β β β Situated on a nice hilly terrain commanding a panoramic and luscious view of its scenic and serene surrounding. The wind chills and is cool. At times, we could hear the gushing winds and fog formations on hill surfaces during rainy days and early morning dews.

β β β β β Nice and cozy place to stay. Low density, the residents are friendly and helpful. Security are doing their job well. Love the gardens and flowers, good job done by the two gardeners who have lots of passion in keeping well the plants. Gym room and swimming pool are awesome.

β β β β β Well, it located at the top of the Bukit jambul. Accordingly, the view is fantastic, and the humidity is less than in the coastal areas (you can feel the fresh & cold air in the early mornings). Besides, the roads to that place are lighter in terms of the traffic jam.
