★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I emailed to ask about the price before I went there to do my travel visa. But in the end, the amount I paid is different from what I was being offered. The guy was then told me that they have some adjustment on the price but he forgot to update in the system. That's why he sent me the wrong info.
BUT, he don't feel sorry at all and his attitude is very bad. I will never visit this agency anymore!

Not only did they not bother to call back after 2 rounds of messages left and apparently they are always engaged! If your business is so good by just doing visa, then you should hire more capable staff

Great holiday! - A five-star trip. Superb service; walks outstanding planned with well organised tour leader Mr. Steven Tay - a very professional tour leader, knowledgeable, humble, easy going and definitely he's a 'tour leader' asset to the organization. This package was absolutely excellent with value for money and will recommend to others. Overall rating includes food, accommodation and place of interest (visited all places in the itinerary) was flawless.

This is very reliable and trustworthy travel organiser that can really reduce your headache and time to deal with hotels, transportation, place should be visit. Book with them- consider all done. Just give your preference then let them get back to you. I deal with them once, for Thailand trip.. Value for money??????????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent choice to go after them if you are planning your trip 20 years ahead. All you need to do is keep texting them and hoping one of them is in an excellent mood cause they will really take their time and depend on their moods to reply you.
By the way , while waiting for your reply I have sorted my tickets already, by myself of course. But please do not worry , I will let you know again if I’m planning to fly 20 years later.
