Love the greens here and they are fresh. Whole place needs to get used too if one is always in supermarket for grocery. Handicap parking avaliable.

In the morning there will be groups of people selling antique and second hand items. It's suitable for collectors. There also government office on top floor which call UTC. Its can consider historical in modern Ipoh as it stood together with the development of modern Ipoh town.

They sell chicken, fish, meat, vegetables, clothes, fresh bean sprout and fresh made tofu, herbs & spices, electronics, grocery, prayers product & etc. You can even find the traditional wood clog, food court, barber, tailor, plastic product here in 2nd floor. On top of the building there's government UTC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I was so excited to get fresh foods there but it turn out to be a let down. The old market where the fish, vege and meat sections are placed is a run down. Next to it there is a new huge building named Pasar Ayam. New joint still clean but soon will be like a run down place if the maintainance and enforcement are lacking
