★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the kubis from GRABMART yet came out with others vegi which is not the item which I wanted. I try to reach the shopper and asking for return. Owner ask me grab and send it over and will pay me back the money.. but I refuse to do so cause not I order wrongly in the first place. They have to take initiative which is their mistake and change it the correct item for customer ASAP. But they dint!! And owner ask me to d complaint from the grab and perhaps the money may return it to me. This is irresponsible and terrible service.. besides tat, I do order the 6 cans of pineapple juice, and 2 of them are sunken!!! Is tat the way you running ur business ? ? I’m totally disappointed seriously ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya order dua pack tauhu pok. Sampainya 1 bungkus tauhu pok 3pcs tauhu biasa tu. Before replace any item, please info customer ya. If customer agreed to replace you can proceed. If not just cancel. Do not simply replace with whatever you have in your store. So disspointed.
