1. Insufficient parking lo - Limited spaces sometimes I need to park my car at the side of the road
2. There's no public toilet - need to hold if want to pee, not good for your bladder and health
3. There's no ATM available - sometimes cannot buy some groceries because short of money
4. Lack of products choice - need to buy some products elsewhere
5. Cannot wear a hat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to shop in PKT and it was really convenient THEN. NOW i am bit confused about the pricing. PKT were promoting some goods for example if you buy 3 of the same product u will got discount. So i bought the same but when i pay in the counter there's no discount at all. I ask them if it's only for the member but the staff says even not member can redeem the discounted price. Please nowadays living is very hard. Try to be honest. Maybe other customers just accept what happened. But it is something should change and i cannot stand that PKT is lying to many customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ample parking space, but always full, especially during pay day. You can buy groceries, clothing, wet and dry foods, plastic wares, stationaries, toiletries etc at a reasonable price.
