It is worth while visiting this particular shop when in Little india. Ananda Bahwan next door. Drink and food a bit expensive these days because of Covid19.

โ โ โ โ โ Very big indian grocery shop in Market street Penang...one of the biggest hassle around this area is parking...this shop cashier is always like mood out..skinny n tall india worker...not even say thank you to customer...he will look at customer face when talking...mgmt of Ramani...dont spoil your shop image with such useless workers...send him back to India....maybe he didnt see his families for long time

โ โ โ โ โ Very vast store providing almost all groceries, Pooja related stuff, utensils, Indian products... List goes on... Staff is very friendly. I think they need to improve their billing process. Small amount of space and big lines several times... Appreciate the owner for understanding the customer needs and getting everything available all the time... Nice supply and demand process...

โ โ โ โ โ They sell a huge variety of Indian and regular local products and items, ranging from day-to-day groceries, household items, silver utensils and cookware, spices and masalas, and also some imported from India products.
They have a lot of products, and the place is kind of crowded and narrow because of that. The location of the paying counter is not very ideal, as the lane is too short and canโt accomodate long queues. Hope the management can look into this. Otherwise, all is okay.
