★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth the money. During blood test result explanation / consultation, she seems to be eager to promote some health products. Furthermore, i didn't fulfilled any of the symptoms that she described. Thus, i really doubt the accuracy of the result. For more accurate result, i suggest to do the blood test at hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Pathlab regular customer, this is the first time I come to this outlet. The outlet is neat and clean like other Pathlab outlet. The staff in this outlet is giving a good services. I hope Pathlab top management can do more to provide comprehensive information to customer on each type of blood test package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, especially the indian staff on there attitude service customer very bad and always stay at back room no service customer and always heard the indian staff talk the phone when during alot customer at outside.
Strongly advise pathlab group can consider more carefully to transfer this indian staff if not will be give other customer a bad experience on this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Result take too long for basic tests...7 days for some test which I did before in hospital took 1 hour plus. Staff didn't even want to entertain request to collect result a days before the given date (evening of day 7!). Worst experience.
