I came with a large group and was split up which is fine, two of us were seated at the section facing the street which was great for people watching, and they kindly accommodated our request to combine tables. However, midway through our drinks, they requested me to shift to two adjacent seats. We accommodated this as we thought this was in order to vacate some adjoining spaces to accommodate a larger party, but were baffled when they seated two people right in our exact previous seats. This place also requires you to memorize your table number prior to ordering at the counter. God forbid you forget it because the cashier will only repeatedly ask you for the table number very rudely. The food was good, but regardless of how great the food is, I will not be returning. I would much rather take my money elsewhere and I suggest that you do too :)
v	vernoxic v on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great cafe in Ipoh that has tasty food and great ambience.Every dish that we ordered are equally tasty.Friendly waiter and waitresses too. Update as of 2022: The food quality has became quite inconsistent and they come in small portions as compared to last time. I’ve also visited the cafe 4-5 times during this year. It turns out that every visit I made, the rice bowls are unavailable due to not having enough rice. Perhaps state a time in the menu for the availability of dishes? Also, the service of the staffs are also pretty mediocre. There has been a price hike for all the dishes too.
R	Richard Schöbel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice ambience and friendly staff. We had the big breakfast and a scone it was all super good. Wish we had found the place a bit earlier to come more often for breakfast. Would definitely come back when in Ipoh.

Instead of a daily fixed menu, wish they would have more of a variety when it comes to daily cakes though, that will be much better. Staff is also very helpful.

A quick check on Google Map helped me to decide on Patisserie BoutiQue. The mains and desserts looked as good as they tasted. I'll let these pictures do the talking. It's the weekend after all and I'm feeling lazy.
S	Shéng Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venue ambience is tip top. Loved the cappuccino baileys. Food wise, the pasta came a little bit dry. The salted egg lava croissant is very salted egg-y, the lava almost flooded the whole plate! However, I think it's good to be served by itself and didn't go well with the ice cream.

Very nice cake! Environment is comfy. Staff is polite and responsive. Serving time is slightly longer but still acceptable since we were chitchatting there. Recommended for next visit.

The food is fresh and delicious to get you through your day. The staff is nice and friendly as well. The environment is laid back with music playing in the background and very clean. But now the menu seem changed after few years, most of my favorite dishes isn’t in that menu anymore. Not even the pancake with ice cream..
