★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent a lot of time researching various companies and businesses both locally and internationally to find my perfect bridal saree. I came across Pattushastra via a blog post on tiethethali and then began exploring their website. I communicated with the girls via whatsapp and given that I was living in Canada - we did my bridal consultation via FaceTime video. Everyone cautioned me against buying a saree online that I could not feel, touch, or see in person. I, however, loved Pattushastra's customer service & saree selection so much that I could not go elsewhere.
The saree arrived to me within 1 week - even with all of the holdups due to COVID19. The saree was perfectly packaged, and I got frequent text updates from the shipping company. The quality of this saree was unlike any other saree I had found in my search.
I had frequent, excellent communication with the girls and they were committed to answering all of my questions.
These girls truly have a "boutique feel" and I am already looking to book my next appointment for family members.
There is a lot of rich history and culture behind the kanchipuram sarees - I truly felt that the team at Pattushastra respected that. I 100% understand the concern and fears about buying a saree from abroad - but I received this saree as expected from Malaysia within a very short period of time.
I cannot express how happy I am with the saree and customer service I received. I would most definitely recommend this boutique shop to anyone and everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So glad that I have purchased my wedding saree here during their big sale on 19/3, little did I know that I will straight settle down in one shop instead of going up and down to others, the only few reasons to settle down fast was:
1.The prompt services and the humble bosses that treated me and my fiancé so well. We had two free cups of masala chai too. ??
2.Staffs that immediately adopted me as their sister and gave their honest opinion without getting tired on each sarees that I tried on.
Still remember the days, I wish my wedding saree will be from Pathushastra and I guess the universe heard me right.♥️

I guarantee that anyone frequenting this boutique will leave light hearted with a smile on their faces simply because the range, quality & design this boutique carries will meet all of your criterias and the icing on top of it all is the impeccable customer service.....relaxed, friendly & genuine (something that's severely lacking these days. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Pattushastra sisters were helpful and responsive. Good quality and unique sarees and veshti available here. Managed to do a video call during MCO to pick a saree even though i couldn’t go there physically at the time. All in all, would recommend Pattushastra to family and friends ?
