★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using PP since September 2021 and subscribed to the annual plan. Overall service and responses from the Payroll Panda team - quick and efficient whenever you have queries on the system. For small business owners, suggest not to take the annual subscription as you will not be getting refunds if you paid for more staff at the beginning of the stage. (Example: I've included 3 staff in my annual sub but during months with 1 or 2 staff, you will not be getting refund for the additional staff paid at the beginning of the sub).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PayrollPanda is user-friendly. Its easy to keep track and run payroll for our small company and all the PP are very helpful too. Just that its a bit confusing with the statutory bodies part. But that can be settle with the staff's help, a deep reading on material provided and a lil training. So far things are good from my end :)

Patiently solve all the problem with me as well.
Overall, every things are good.. easy to use & understandable. All my employees love to use it too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far payroll panda system still acceptable but there are rooms for improvement. I just give some example that most important for current situation.
1) Leave setting (we can't not set as < 2 years = 8 days; 2 to 5 years = 12 days; and etc.). We need to manually adjust for each individual.
2) When there is an error/miss out certain payroll item, we need to ask support to revert the whole month pay instead of revert the respective employees by our own.
3) We not able to fill in receipt number and payment for PCB 2II form. We need manually fill in for each individual. As reply from you side, said that this only needs when request by IRB. But IRB would not come for audit immediately. They will come audit may be after few years. This will be too late for us to prepare the form. Some how the employees may left us. Is better that we give the form together with EA form.

I is very convenience for our Company.
For me wo need to prepare all the payslip update staff leave application, it help me a lot to track all the data.
Plus it easy for our staff who from other outlet to apply leave, easy for them, no need to submit physical form, just apply from the website.
It is great system. Thumbs Up..
