They are not helping and tried whatever just to avoid works and responsibilities. Wondering how the company hire such lazy people. Guess they only fit to work in this kind of non competitive company

No queue during MCO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PBA is the place where it relates to water bills, water complaints and issues etc. Went there a couple of times to settle my water bills. Very prompt service and very efficient staff and perhaps it is due to the low crowd over there.
Sufficient parking space and free parking too...as I normally go there from 10.00am to 11.30am. It's just by the Jalan Boundary Road.
