★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to it's counter 2 this morning regarding high water bill on my wife's vacant house in Jln Teluk Ipil due to abandoned renovation. Attended by a staff namely Pn Dyalanee. Explaining abt our issue with her, she listened with interest, full of smiles on her faces & responded with good and acceptable explanation. She ensure that our issue will be escalated to relevant party to investigate.
I feel proud in the way she performs her duty & has shown professionalism in dealing with customers.
