★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, i just bought the blw 41" acoustic with equlizer. Anf, it was Awesome! First, the packing was excellent. And then, sound of the guitar was superb for the price. Overall, yea..i really satiesfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is very pathetic and rude. I understand because this is a pandemic time, we have to abide by the conditions that have been set.
Before entering I scanned mysejahtera outside the entrance. Upon entering the store, the sales assistant ( girl) asks a question,
"Dah scan my sejahtera? Yup. BAWAK MAI SINI, SAYA NAK TENGOK"
WOW ... i'm speachless.
I imagine like student & headmaster.
Can't you ask for permission more politely? I'm your customer so plz be more polite when talking.

Bought the guitar string from their shop, but they won't help you to put the guitar string on just because your guitar wasn't bought there.
I guess it's their higher up management were to be blamed for that matter.

I think it was biggest guitar store at terengganu.. layanan amat baik.. tidak kedekut ilmu.. suggest this store brand (BLW) high quality .. honest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to buy music equipment such as guitar, drum, keyboard, accessories etc. Price is quite reasonable. Friendly staff. Easy going. Parking sometimes hard to get. Need to park near petrol station. Overall very recommended and will come here again next time.
