★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom went there last time and the staff in wet groceries was very sombong and unwelcoming.. Now i wanted to buy chicken and they just ignoring me Jawab pun sambil lewa. Seriously? This is how you wanted us to suppport local product?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a lot of organic items to buy. The only part I am a bit dissappointed is the quality of the inventory management. Labels are not updated, not placed correctly, sometimes no price tag at all. Plus, there are no scoop to take anchovies, we have to use bare hand to scoop anchovies which is smelly. I suggest to take Quality Assurance company to perform audit perhaps. Quality is super important to impress regular customer to come to your store. Else, people be like, "Nahhh this store is confusing me. I better not risk myself and go to the other store instead.". Regards, your regular customer.

I noticed that a few workers are lazy coz they flock together and chit chat rather than doing what they should do.
As a result, shelves are seldom empty and again.... no price tag.
When my wife enquire about the prices, one worker ask her to bring the item to the cashier@counter to be scanned to know the price. Such a bad attitude. No wonder, the nearby outlet takes foreign workers coz they are reliable, efficient and are not lazy.
The admin of PDM should look into this matter seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a big mart, but you can find a lot of homemade food products here that you can't find in other supermarkets..e.g. preservative-free noodles, roti canai etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ jual barang EXPIRED. BISKUT yang dibeli minggu lepas, bila makan lemau...tengok expiry date bulan oktober 2021.
I need to report this to the HIGHER management of PDM but somehow there is no way to do so. Except from just messaging through FB. This not the first time this kind of thing happen, so I won't go through the general staff in store or FB anymore.
So...letak kat sini je lah aduan. Sapa2 yang datang sini...hati-hatilah beli barang.
