★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful view of the valley and sea below. I can easily get my daily exercise walking around the hill each morning. No need to carry shopping and things up an elevator because your parking spot is in front of your apartment. A unique place in Penang...much better than the high rises I've stayed in.
