Kepada PEJABAT AGAMA ISLAM DAERAH BATU GAJAH ;
Penambah-baikan perlu dilaksanan dari segi komunikasi dengan pelanggan, terutamanya ketika menjawab panggilan telefon daripada orang awam. Kakitangan yang berkenaan terutamanya yang bertanggungjawab secara rasmi atau tidak rasmi dalam urusan menjawab panggilan telefon seharusnya perlu peka akan tatasusila dan adab sebagai seorang kakitangan kerajaan yang beragama islam. Jawapan sarkastik dan sambil lewa kakitangan yang berkenaan tidak sepatutnya berlaku ketika pelanggan/orang awam memerlukan bantuan dan penjelasan daripada PAID BATU GAJAH. Diharapkan Pihak atasan dapat mengambil maklum masalah ini dan membantu anggota berkenaan supaya institusi ini sentiasa dipandang tinggi.

To BATU GAJAH DISTRICT ISLAMIC RELIGION OFFICE;
Improvements need to be implemented in terms of communication with customers, especially when answering phone calls from the public. The staff concerned, especially those who are officially or informally responsible for answering telephone calls, should be sensitive to ethics and manners as a Muslim government employee. The sarcastic and careless response of the staff concerned should not happen when the customer/public needs help and explanation from PAID BATU GAJAH. It is hoped that the higher authorities can take note of this problem and help the members so that this institution is always held in high esteem.
