β β β β β Lagi 2 minggu nak nikah, baru pejabat call suruh tukar tarikh alasan pejabat tutup sebab 1/2/22 raya cina cuti tak boleh nikah kat pejabat. Then kenapa masa kita hantar borang tu takde apa2 suruh ubah? Kita dah jemput orang, catering semua dah setel lepas tu nak suruh ubah tarikh. Susah betul berurusan dengan badan kerajaan ni. Semua benda ambil sambil lewa. Its ok, semoga apa yang saya rasa ni akan berbalik semula pada awak @ keturunan awak yang buat kerja sambil lewa tu.
Another 2 weeks to get married, the new office call told me to change the date because the office is closed because 1/2/22 Chinese New Year holidays can't get married at the office. Then why is it that when we send the form, there is nothing to change? We have invited people, the catering has all been set up, I want to ask you to change the date. It is difficult to deal with this government body. Take everything for granted. Its ok, hopefully what I think will come back to you @ your descendants who did the work while being lazy.

β β β β β Maaf ...kecewa dengan pengurusan , tujuan sy hadir utk hantar borang pernikahan
19/11/2021 pukul 2.30 - saya sampai di PAID , kemudian keluar seorang staff untuk bertanya kpd semua pelanggan berkenaan urusan yg diperlukan , sampai giliran borang sy utk disemak oleh staff tersebut , beliau minta untuk tunggu dan menyediakan rm10 utk pemprosesan ..
setelah 10 minit menunggu , keluar pula pegawai lain dan bertanya lagi pada semua pelanggan yang hadir , apabila sampai kepada saya...staff tersebut pula 'baru' maklumkan urusan hantar borang nikah sehingga pukul 1 sahaja ...
Sebelum hadir pon saya ada membuat panggilan tetapi tidak berjawab , di website/PAID pon tidak ada pemberitahuan...
Saya datang dari tempat kerja di Cheng, Melaka , dan patah balik semula ke tempat kerja ..diharapkan agar team pengurusan dapat peka atas masalah ini ..semoga tidak berlaku lagi..

19/11/2021 at 2.30 - I arrived at PAID, then a staff came out to ask all customers about the necessary matters, until it was the turn of the sy form to be checked by the staff, he asked to wait and provide RM10 for processing ..
after 10 minutes of waiting, another officer came out and asked again to all the customers who were present, when it reached me ... the staff was 'new' to inform the matter of sending the marriage form until 1 o'clock only ...
Before attending pon I made a call but did not answer, on the website/PAID pon there was no notification ...
I came from work in Cheng, Melaka, and broke back to work ..hopefully the management team can be sensitive to this problem ..hope it doesn't happen again ..
