★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong lah perbaiki balik sistem pengurusan pihak jabatan, alasan yang diberikan sangat tidak munasabah kerana bukan pihak jabatan agama Islam sahaja yang terkesan dengan musim pandemik ini, perbaiki semula etika kerja dan paling penting, tolong berbudi bahasa, jangan disebabkan segelintir pekerja yang culas dan tidak ikhlas dalam memberikan perkhidmatan , habis satu jabatan dapat tempias. Jangan leka main dengan telefon waktu sedang bekerja, jangan memalukan institusi agama dengan mempamerkan sikap dan budaya kerja yang tidak elok kepada pelanggan. Mohon semak semula format dan keperluan dalam setiap senarai semak dokumen sokongan yang perlu dikemukakan. Saya selaku pengguna dan pelanggan sudah memenuhi segala kehendak dari pihak jabatan, jadi apa pulangan yang setimpal yg saya boleh dapat dari pihak jabatan? Sungguh pun saya tidak bekerja dalam jabatan agama Islam, tapi agama saya iaitu agama Islam ialah agama yang sangat indah dan penuh dengan tertib dan tatacara yang terbaik dalam semua aspek. Urusan yang mudah jangan disulitkan, saya bersedia untuk memberi kerjasama penuh berserta bukti bukti kukuh betapa culas nya sistem pengurusan dan pentadbiran pejabat agama Islam daerah Melaka tengah. Sekian , terima kasih.
Please improve the management system of the department, the reason given is very unreasonable because not only the Islamic religious department is affected by this pandemic season, improve work ethic and most importantly, please be polite, not because of a handful of employees who are crooked and insincere in providing services, one department can be exhausted. Don't mess with the phone while working, don't embarrass religious institutions by displaying bad attitudes and work culture to customers. Please review the format and requirements in each checklist of supporting documents that need to be submitted. I as a user and customer have fulfilled all the requirements of the department, so what is the fair return that I can get from the department? It is true that I do not work in the Islamic religion department, but my religion which is Islam is a very beautiful religion and full of the best order and procedures in all aspects. Simple matters should not be encrypted, I am ready to give full cooperation along with strong evidence of how clumsy the management and administration system of the Islamic religious office in the central Melaka district is. Thank you.
