★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is what i got everytime i call Paid Petaling. ya Allah, they even cancelled/hang up my call 3 times when i said "hello, assalamualaikum". unethical. call 10am takde orang angkat. now dah 11am still no one pickup the call. takkan everytime ada soalan kena pergi Paid Petaling? we've got work & things to do too.
please la improve this. review lain pun memang comment pasal call yang tak pernah berangkat ni. please do something to ease the process ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is POOR and staff are RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL.
First of all, called PAID petaling to ask if we need to set an appointment to come get our issues settled. Was told by the staff on the phone that services are not appointment based anymore and that its on "walk-in" basis.
Advertised working hours were 8:30am-4:30pm on Fridays, excluded the extended lunch/prayer break of course. Came at 3pm only to be told that 'Nombor sudah habis' and of course i was denied service.
Came back on another day, this time a Tuesday at 9am only to AGAIN be told that 'nombor sudah habis' and again was denied service and my father was told off very rudely and shouted at publicly by the clerk.
I think it is common sense that if there are only a limited amount of numbers or slots available for the day, it should be INFORMED TO THE PUBLIC OR EVEN MAKE IT APPOINTMENT BASED. At least, we are guaranteed service after making alllllll the way to Shah Alam. Not everyone has the luxury to take everyday off work just to pay a visit to Shah Alam.
IF the reason for limited slots is to mitigate risk of covid transmission, it still doesnt make sense because people are bunched up since 6am just to get a number to be seen by an officer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you already make appointment please acknowledge the security guard to enter then take your queue number slip. Located at the second building. Menara selatan ground floor. Operating hours for MCO still as usual. If you are not sure contact them using petaling hotline. They will answer to your call eventually. Thank me later. Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Stay safe and stay home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived here around 7.30am today (there were already about 10 ppl waiting) and was informed by the guard to either queue outside or just sit at the chairs nearby and wait for them to open at 8am. Turns out doors are already open and you can start taking the angka giliran upon arriving and then only proceed to wait. Claims to open at 8am but the first officer arrived at 8.15am and the first number was only called at 8.30am. I was second in line and was called about 10 minutes later. The process of passing documents over the counter was quick but you have to wait for them to produce payment receipt and some other slips which took about 15 minutes for me. Do note that they only accept 80 appointments per day; 50 pax AM and 30 pax PM. Apparently angka giliran runs out around 11am. All in all a highly INefficient method. Should implement booking appointments online similar to how HIV tests are conducted. Apa nasib kita dapat daerah Petaling lol all the best everyone :-)))
