Esoknya bila wife pulak call, dapat pegawai lain yang baik. minta no ic. Sekali check rupanya dah lama siap. Dah kerja jangan jadi pemalas ya nak semak. Bukan terus cakap 3 bulan siap. Tolong baiki Perkhidmatan anda pejabat agama pasir mas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nama pejabat agama doh, kijoan lambat supo gapo, lepas 3 bulan nikoh, call tanya kad tak siap lagi dalam proses, gi lepas 4 bulan, baru nak buat, sijil baru nak print. Sek demo tak buat kijo ko? Bleh pula siap print on the spot. Parokkk pejabat agamo pun, bayar kemain lagi mahal, kijoan betakkk. Makan gaji buto ko sekk demo?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call pejabat staff bagitahu tutup pkul 2. Sampai kat kaunter pkul 1:25 tak dibenarkan berurusan sebab akaun dah tutup. Minta untuk tinggalkan borang tak dibenarkan atas alasan takut borang hilang. Alasan tak masuk akal.Staff ramai tapi tak friendly. Sepatah maaf pun takde. Tiada usaha untuk permudahkan urusan orang.

Ask to leave the form unauthorized for fear of losing the form. The reason doesn't make sense. The staff is crowded but not friendly. Not a word of apology. There is no effort to simplify people’s affairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Memang service tersangatlah teruk . Kahwin bulan 10/2021 lagi . Ni dh nk masuk bulan 6/2022 masih x siap lg kad nikah . Sjil nikah ambik bulan 3, time tu janji kad siap sblum raya . Sekali lps raya pun xsiap2 lg . Tolong laa improve sistem dn service . Jenuh stiap kli dtg x siap lg . Harap ad perubahan lah kesian kt orang .

The marriage certificate took 3 months, at that time the card was ready before the festival. Once lps highway is xsiap2 lg. Please improve the system and service. Saturated stiap kli dtg x ready lg.
