★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagi td sy call seorang staf perempuan inform boleh dtg 2.45ptg utk mntk cop pengesahan penghulu. Hari Jumaat depa rehat drpd 11.45am hingga 2.45pm.
Belah petang 2.40pm sy dh sampai depan pejabat, n dh tunggu setengah jam Tp xde seorang pon yg tunggu di balai. Gate berkunci. Call langsung x berangkat lah. Tanya peniaga dekat2 pon ckp mmg selalu tutup?!
Macam mana servis yg diberikan yang kata berkhidmat untuk rakyat? Bukan ke atleast kalau penghulu ada program lain, kerani mesti ada di kaunter untuk memudahkan urusan?
Sekarang kurangnya ada lah org nk ambil dulu dokumen yg hendak di cop.
Sy biasa berurusan dengan balai penghulu area gombak xde masalah sentiasa ada org attend. Tp kenapa dengkil kosong?

What kind of service is provided that is said to serve the people? Not to atleast if the chief has another program, the clerk must be at the counter to facilitate matters?
Now there is a lack of people who can first take the documents to be stamped.
Sy used to deal with the chief's hall in the gombak area, there was always a problem with people attending. But why is it empty?
