★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically for issues or anything you have to physically go there. There is no possible way to contact anyone in there regardless how many miles you are from the office. The phone never works. Note that it won't be done in one day. So you have at least to come twice. - Learned from experience, countless times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff seem usually don't know how to help you, so they probably will need to go inside and ask a superior administrator then come back to you. The process is so underdeveloped. I've been here 3 yeara, I personally feel frustrated each time I go there maybe only once was satisfied.
Also, a lot of the tasks and inquiries could be done online or through the phone which they never used because their phone line is not working.
