★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nak tukar dari akaun kanak2 ke akaun dewasa, dah la kena isi borang secara manual 3 helai, kemudian staffnya kena key in manual ke sistem. Bukan nak salahkan staff tu, salah pengurusan dan bahagian IT, kenapa lembab sangat nak majukan sistem? Setengah jam masa dah terbuang kat situ. Itupun nasib baik tak ramai masa tu.
To change from a children's account to an adult account, he has to fill in 3 forms manually, then the staff has to key in manually to the system. Not to blame the staff, mismanagement and the IT department, why is it so slow to want to improve the system? Half an hour wasted there. Fortunately, there weren't many people at that time.
