Ini adalah krn kita tidak lg perlu ke pejabat tanah Teluk Intan utk berurusan, tetapi ke pejabat tanah Bagan Datuk yg mana pejabat tanah Bagan Datuk lah yg kini mengelola tanah2 d sekitar Bagan Datuk tanpa perlu ssh payah pergi jauh..!
Tp suka d igt kan pejabat tanah Bagan Datuk hny menguruskn hal2 spt pembayaran cukai, pertukaran nama & sbg nya HANYA DI DALAM DAERAH BAGAN DATUK SAHAJA..!!!
 Sgt2 recommended & convenient now ..!
This is because we do not need to go to Teluk Intan land office to deal with, but to Bagan Datuk land office where Bagan Datuk land office is now managing the land around Bagan Datuk without having to go far ..!
Bagan Datuk also likes the Bagan Datuk land office to handle all tax exemptions, name change & ONLY ONLY IN THE DISTRICT OF SHARE ONLY .. !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sesekali sistem bermasalah(offline) jadi tak guna sistem nombor. Kalau call pun sesekali tu susah berangkat.
Sometimes the system has a problem (offline) so don't use the number system. Even if the call is occasional, it's hard to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call jam 11 lebih tak angkat, kami sampai 12.30, opis tutup, dan rehat. Masuk semula jam 2.30 ptg. Kami dtg dr jauh. Mcm ni ke kakitangan awam rehat awal. Patut la x de tulis rehat ja brapa. Dah 2x macam nih.
Call at 11 o'clock did not pick up, we arrived at 12.30, the description closed, and rest. Re -enter at 2.30 pm. We come from far away. Mcm ni to civil servants early break. Worth la x de write rest and brapa. Dah 2x macam nih.
