★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sama ada staff tak tahu proses kerja sendiri atau pemalas teruk. Awal-awal proses tukar nama disuruh ke Ipoh. Bila berurusan dengan PTG Ipoh baru tahu boleh buat di PDT Kerian dulu, proses akhir baru buat di Ipoh. Buang duit, masa dan tenaga saja berurusan dengan pejabat kerajaan tak kompeten seperti PDT Kerian.
 Either the staff does not know the work process itself or is very lazy. At the beginning of the name change process, he was sent to Ipoh. When dealing with PTG Ipoh, I just know I can do it at PDT Kerian first, the final process is just done in Ipoh. Just waste money, time and energy dealing with incompetent government offices such as PDT Kerian.
