Saya tiba dalam setengah jam selepas pejabat dibuka dan mendapatkan perkhidmatan berkenaan. Tetapi, beberapa kakitangan kerajaan dilihat melintasi belakang saya dan bersembang, mengajak rakan-rakan mereka bersarapan dengan nada yang kuat. Ini memberikan imej buruk kepada kerajaan negeri.
The counter officer was kind and helpful. However, the officers who deal at the counter are quite frustrating. I arrived within half an hour after the office opened and got the service. However, some of the government servants were seen crossing my back and chatting, inviting their friends to breakfast in a loud tone. This gives the state government a bad image.
