Staf bahagian pendaftaran selama ni hanya tahu terima bayaran saja, banyak tak tahu. Macamana kamu semua nak bantu orang macam kami? Kamu buat silap saja tapi tak minta maaf. Print geran tunggu sampai sejam, bila silap, print balik geran pun terpaksa tunggu sejam. Inilah bila penjawat awam terlalu selesa. Langsung tak fikir pun orang lain susah payah ke sana kemari. Banyak keluar duit lagi. Dokumen pun korang hilangkan. Celaka betul. Teruklah berurusan dengan korang.
