Sebarang urusan perlu khusus pada kakitangan terlibat, jika kakitangan tiada, cuti, kursus, mesyuarat atau rehat maka anda harus datang semula.
Layanan khidmat pelanggan hanya apabila anda memberikan salam. Tiada penyambut tetamu disini. Pandai lah anda mencari kakitangan yang sedia menerima masalah anda.

Customer service is only when you greet. There is no receptionist here. You are good looking for staff who are ready to accept your problems.
