I tried to contact the visa department to ask about the appointment slot for the visa extension, but I haven't had time to ask the female staff to put the phone down, courtesy of our culture.

Amat berpuas hati dengan urusan di Imigresen Kota Bharu, berkaitan pembantu rumah.
Jauh berbeza dengan berurusan di imigresen Shah Alam (mungkin disebabkan kapasiti pelanggan yang ramai).
Special thanks untuk Bahagian Pekerja Asing (En Nasrul) dan Bahagian Penguatkuasa Imigresen Kota Bharu kerana memudahkan urusan keluarga saya.
Alhamdulillah.
Very satisfied with the affairs at Kota Bharu Immigration, related to maids.
Far different from dealing in Shah Alam immigration (probably due to the large customer capacity).
Special thanks to the Foreign Workers Division (Mr. Nasrul) and the Kota Bharu Immigration Enforcement Division for facilitating my family's affairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seorang pegawai perempuan di Bahagian Visa Pas agak kasar. Saya nampak ada seorang lelaki yg agak berusia nak berikan dokumen dia yg diletakkan di dalam file. Lepas tu pegawai tu kata "Bukak, bukak, bukak, bukakk" sambil hempas-hempas tangan atas file. Dalam hati, alahai kasar dan sombong betul. Dengan saya pun, ada 2 orang pegawai perempuan kat sini yg agak kasar bila bercakap ye. Belajar lagi cara tatacara berurusan dengan pelanggan.
A female officer in the Pass Visa Division was quite rude. I saw a man who was quite old and wanted to give me the documents that were placed in the file. Then the officer said "Open, open, open, open" while clapping his hands on the file. In the heart, alahai rude and arrogant right. With me too, there are 2 female officers here who are a bit rude when they talk. Learn more about how to deal with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pros: staf di pondok pengawal dan pegawai memberi penjelasan dengan baik dan sopan. keep it up.
cons: perlu menunggu terlalu lama, hampir 2 jam untuk siapkan pembaharuan visa. ambil nombor pkl 2.28, pukul 4.15 baru selesai sedangkan hanya perlu tunggu 6 nombor shj. Urusan sebelum ada sistem temujanji lebih cepat berbanding sistem temujanji sekarang. Perlu perbaiki mutu perkhidmatan, lebih peka lebih pantas supaya agensi kerajaan yang bawa nama negara boleh dikagumi bukan diperlekeh.
pros: staff at the guard lodge and officers give explanations well and politely. keep it up.
cons: need to wait too long, almost 2 hours to complete visa renewal. take the number at 2.28, at 4.15 it's just finished while you only have to wait for 6 numbers. Dealing before there was an appointment system is faster than the current appointment system. Need to improve the quality of services, be more sensitive faster so that government agencies that carry the name of the country can be admired and not belittled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One malay woman staff in the visa/pass department is very very rude. I was trying to get information about my friend visa and while waiting for my friends to reply the answer, the staff said " faster i want to go have breakfast now". It is 8.15am!!!! You are supposed to be working not eating at this hour. And so
rude.
