Place quite small not enough chair to sit.
Very weak internet line.

The staff of PKM Daerah Hulu Langat was friendly and helpful in providing the useful information to their customer.
The waiting time also very fast.
For the air conditional may need some improvement on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are so unreliable. They always delay on works. I had to deopby 5 times all the way from KL just to get an original doc which they forget to give me back. The contact given by them, in web as well as given by the Putrajaya Hq is unreachable. How come govt office contact number is unreachable? How come even the Putrajaya Hq does not have your contact? Are you guys for real? We have came so far advanced in technologies, PM came up with new ideas and innovations such as UTC but what is this?? Very bad impression to the country
