 Good service. Friendly pound staff. Telephone, counter staff (Indian woman forgot her name, name strt letter V, virmala coat) n officer (pn sharifah coat) all friendly. Mmg best ???? THX.

Lebihkurang pukul 11 pg, Saya berasa sedih melihat generasi muda yg berkerja di pejabat ini..kurang sopan dan menengking kepada seorang nenek tua berusia 76thn datang kepejabat tuan untuk memaklumkan beliau dan anaknya(oku-mental yg dpt elaun) akan berada di kuala lumpur selama 2bulan atas urusan rawatan hospital dan akan kembali pada bulan january 2020 kerumah di ipoh,dan memohon klu ada apa2 surat boleh dihubungi di no telepon yg diberi. Dah cukup baik customer beritau masalahya,Ttp kerani lelaki melayu terus memarahinya dgn kesat.Kita sebagai penjawat awam perlu ada soft skill , wpun di ofice kita byk kerja yg blm selesai atau masalah di rumah....klu tiada pelanggan dtg ke ofis kita tiada kerja..... maka office akan ditutup dan kita diberhentikan ..atau ditukarkan.Harap kaki tangan di ofis ini bertukar sikapnya dan pegawai atasan perlu memerhatinya. lam a malaysian and a govement staff too.

Around 11 am, I was sad to see the younger generation working in this office .. less polite and insulting to a 76-year-old grandmother came to your office to inform her and her son (oku-mental who can get an allowance) will be in kuala lumpur for 2 months for hospital treatment and will return in january 2020 home in ipoh, and apply if there are any letters that can be contacted at the given phone number I am quite good customer let masalahya, Set male clerk with kesat.Kita wilt scold him as a civil servant should have soft skills, wpun in our ofice BYK working yet completed or problems at home .... No clue customer came to our office no work ..... then the office will be closed and we will be fired ..or changed. lam a malaysian and a govement staff too.
