★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've went to this place several times to issue account 2 withdrawal. All the staffs were very kind and helpful. Two kiosk were provided for quick transactions, assisted by a trainee. An information counter was placed just in front of the entrance. They were very professional handling all sorts of clients.

The Government Departments are also semi-goverment departments. They will also provide councils and advices to help us citizens of the best country in the world Malaysia. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kudos to Encik Md. Faizal (branch manager), Encik Hassan (front desk), Cik Farah (customer service) for their excellent service. Always fear going to the government department but their demeanor put you to ease. The branch manager told us that they can organize a talk to the community. One interesting piece of information that I learn is that one can withdraw anytime and any amount. The first withdrawal needs to come to the branch for thumbprint verification and if the bank details remain the same, it can be done online. Maximum withdrawal online is only RM30k. And maximum self-contribution after age 55 is only RM60k per year.
