Tapi 4.30pm dah tutup. Buka cawangan pejabat bkn busy mana pun kalau nk dibandingkan dgn HQ MARA . Menyusahkan. Kita bkn mcm diaorg dduk office. Kerja kita 3 shift maintenance. Bkn nya ada masa sangat nk dtg sana selalu.
Tolong ambil tindakan !! SOP mana ? Tulis 5pm close. Ni 4.30pm dah tutup pintu. Rasa mcm kena tipu je ngn staff tu tadi bila dia ckp tutup. ??

But 4.30pm is closed. Open branch office anytime if nk is compared to HQ MARA. Trouble. We do not have the office. We work 3 shift maintenance. It's not a very long time there always.
Please take action !! Which SOP? Write 5pm close. By 4.30pm it closed the door. The mcm felt that the staff had been tricked when he closed the door. ??
