★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a restaurant beside the building, the food good and the service is nice. The atmosphere is very chilly and the restaurant is very clean. A good place to hangout with your friends till midnight

The operating hours is between 4pm to 12midnight during the weekends only Friday to Sunday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is 4 storey building. MARA office situated at 4th floor. The rest are rental shoplots. Been there & most of the shoplots closed @ not vacant. Good location but not sure why it was not people's choice for shopping. The management should do something rather than let the building as what it is.
